Las Piñas water reclamation

April Aguilar (fifth from left) represents Las Piñas City Mayor Imelda Aguilar at the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Las Piñas Water Reclamation Facility along Alabang Zapote Road in Barangay Pamplona Uno. The facility is the newest project of Maynilad; once completed, it will be its largest sewage treatment plant in terms of capacity, treating about 88 million liters of wastewater per day. Also in photo are Ramoncito Fernandez, President and CEO of Maynilad (sixth from left), along with City engineer Rose Bantog, CENRO OIC engineer Cezar Perillo, and City Councilors Mark Anthony Santos and Henry Medina.

Digital Edition

In tone and content, the online edition mirrors the editorial thrust of the newspaper.
