Conrad Manila celebrates Easter with a summer fiesta harvest and goodies

Conrad Manila celebrates the coming Easter with a host of decadent gourmet offerings such as: the ‘Summer Fiesta Harvest’ buffet selection complemented by fun-filled Kiddie Activities at its award-winning Brasserie on 3, playful Easter Grab-and-Go Goodies at Bru, among other Easter highlights. 

“We are delighted to celebrate Easter with our esteemed guests who have all been patiently waiting and wanting to enjoy new and egg-citing experiences with their loved ones,” shares Linda Pecoraro, hotel general manager, adding, “Conrad Manila remains committed in providing our patrons with worry-free stays and dining experiences through our highly successful Hilton CleanStay campaign.”

On Easter Sunday, April 17, Executive Chef Warren Brown takes diners on a culinary journey through the Philippines’ rich and vibrant kitchens with a Filipino Fiesta buffet spread at Brasserie on 3. Buffet highlights include: Lechon, Inasal, Seafood Paluto, as well as a shored-up Dessert Station with traditional Easter highlights such as Chocolate Bunnies and Eggs, complemented by local and colorful kakanin or Filipino rice cakes from different regions. Guests will also be serenaded to classic tunes performed live by guest artists The Dandin Trio.

The little ones are also invited to have some fun and wear their favorite costumes while taking part in special Kiddie Activities such as the Easter Egg Hunt, Magic Show, Balloon Art, Face painting, and more. The Easter Sunday Fiesta on April 17 is priced at Php 3,950 nett per person, from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

At China Blue by Jereme Leung, Executive Chinese Chef Eng Yew Khor works the wok with well-curated offerings: Chef’s Specials of Homemade tofu with spinach and chicken, Deep-fried spareribs with garlic, Shrimp with XO sauce and seasonal vegetables, Stir-fried beef with Chinese walnuts, House specialty truffle mushroom bun, among other a la carte favorites.

To celebrate Easter, Conrad Manila’s Bru Coffee Barpresents a playful selection of Easter Chocolate Bunnies, Surprise Eggs, Signature cakes and more, all available to order online for takeaway or delivery. Kids and kids-at-heart also get to enjoy a special Easter Painting Kit Set, priced at Php 950 nett, which includes bunny and egg molds, paint, brush, and an edible chocolate egg surprise.
