A YOUNG company is quietly making a reputation building modern townhouses targeted towards families who want to upgrade their homes. “We cater to modern families looking for well-designed, quality homes that are conveniently located in nice, secure neighbourhoods,” said architect Caesar Santana, president of Modern Dwellings, Inc.
The company recently had an open house at 51 Mahinhin St. In Quezon City. The modern four-unit community had innovations such as automated gates, CCTV system, keyless entry, LED lights and a solar water heater. Each unit was equipped with four bedrooms, a five toilet-and-bath facility and a three-car garage.
