Nailandia, owned by Noreen Divina and Juncynth Divina, is a reputable chain of nail salons and foot spas that has been in operation for 12 years.
Noreen’s passion for spa visits sparked the idea for Nailandia. When her husband asked where she was, she often replied, “I’m at the spa,” leading him to suggest she start her own humorously. Inspired by the idea, Noreen pursued local and international studies in nail salon and foot spa services. She made it a point to learn all the different services in the industry and personally attended to clients, even in busy salons with long queues.
Noreen’s commitment and hands-on approach reflect her dedication to providing excellent service. She recognized that different services required specialized training, such as nails, spa, massage, waxing, and eyelashes. Although she initially planned to travel to California for training, she was fortunate that the instructor came to the Philippines, allowing her to study under their guidance.
To date, Nailandia now has branches in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. “And soon baka sa UAE or sa US,” Noreen excitedly declared.
In an exciting development, three Sparkle/Kapuso female stars and Voltes V: Legacy cast members franchised ‘Nailandia.’ The co-franchisees are Elle Villanueva (Eva Sanchez), Sophia Senoron (Ally Chan) and Ysabel Ortega, Voltes V team member Jamie Robinson.
Expressing deep gratitude to the Lord, Noreen feels blessed by this opportunity. She acknowledges the significant role that actress Marian Rivera played as the sole endorser of Nailandia for almost a decade.
