Sometime in 2018, when Maja Salvador celebrated her 15th year in show business, the screen darling had a show called Majasty, a concert inspired by her being a breathtaking onstage performer, particularly in the world of dance where she is considered royalty.
But Maja, now blooming at 31, doesn’t just leave everyone in awe whenever she hits the dance floor. She’s also an accomplished actor and a product endorser whose untarnished reputation makes her a reliable ambassador for any brand.
In these respects, Guitar Apparel decided to make Maja to be the face of the brand for another year.
“We welcome the new decade by gearing towards where we’ve been good at for 60 years—giving a new take on the basics and having a reliable face to further our brand’s reach,” an executive from Guitar Apparel said in a statement.
To mark the occasion, the brand organized the Guitar Apparel Fashion Show 2020 at Robinsons Place Manila’s Midtown Atrium. The show looked back at the brand’s past collections and displayed what its solid patrons can expect this new year.
More can be expected from the dance royalty, trending actress, and TV star and Guitar Apparel with this continued partnership. She’s just excited to finally focus on collaborating with the brand that she can so much relate to.
“I’m just so grateful for this partnership. Another year means we are growing together,” Maja said.
Last year, Maja joined the league of other accomplished and diverse artists representing Guitar Apparel namely Gloc 9, Carlos Agassi, and Jake Cuenca, whose characters gave justice to the brand and has been part of its six decades of success in the Philippines.
Her launch also marked the birth of Guitar’s first-ever denim series collection. As Guitar ventured into something new, the brand continued to reign in making the basics that the Filipinos have grown to love. The De Hilo, 800, 900, Underwear, Polo Shirt, Socks, and the Uniform series have been one of the most patronized and casual wears by Filipinos through the years.
Guitar Underwear is known and labeled as a premium brand of underwear since its launch in the 60s. While the market is continuously evolving, the brand evolved as well, expanding its product line from basic underwear to innerwear and sleepwear, to socks, to polo shirts and then to jeans.
From underwear and to the upcoming collection, Guitar is now ready to take on the world of overall clothing and apparel while maintaining the best quality products and best business practices.
