Making affordable HMO available for every Filipino

The World Health Organization also released a report in 2019 that found that a total of 125,082 deaths were recorded in the Philippines due to communicable, maternal, perinatal, and nutritional diseases, which are much higher than the 66,444 deaths caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
