Tagaytay Highlands’ immersive experience ramps up digitalization efforts

When the world was thrust into a health crisis early in 2020, it left people sheltered in place. Yet, even as most stick close to home, the property market continues to thrive. Amid quarantine restrictions, real estate, deemed one of the best-performing industries during the pandemic, has readily transitioned to the digital space.

When the world was thrust into a health crisis early in 2020, it left people sheltered in place.
Families who are looking at investing in an alternative primary home that they can retreat to from the widespread contagion in the metro, would do well to choose The Garden Villas at Horizon Terraces.

Tagaytay Highlands conforms to the new normal as it accelerates its digital conversion. Discerning homebuyers are now given online access to experiential journeys that allow them to ‘explore’ potential alternative primary homes without onsite visits.

The country’s premier mountain resort complex has developed a 360° Virtual Walkthrough of its Horizon Terraces Garden Villas’ Glendale model unit, a contactless solution for attending to customers on their property-prospecting journey. With just a few clicks of the mouse, this immersive virtual tour allows one to check out all rooms and living spaces in the model home as if they were actually standing there.

Interactive images allow users of the virtual walkthrough to click hotspots and directional arrows in order to navigate its floor plan. Best of all, the 360° Virtual Walkthrough can be accessed on any device—Android, iOS, Windows, or Mac.

To experience this immersive walkthrough, visit Tagaytay Highlands’ official website at https://www.tagaytayhighlands.com/glendale-360/

Harnessing Tagaytay Highlands’ digital capabilities to complement its 360° Virtual Walkthrough is the Virtual Tour Guide. It provides potential buyers with a warm, personalized service through an experiential journey featuring the exclusive lifestyle lived at a Garden Villas home.

The Virtual Tour Guide begins by showing the Glendale model unit’s ground floor features, then proceeds to showcase the second floor, where the living room, dining area, as well as the kitchen are located. For the last segment, the Guide takes the viewer to the 3rd floor, which houses the master’s bedroom and another bedroom. It finally winds up at the unit’s 3rd floor balcony, from which the viewer ‘looks out’ onto stunning vistas of lush gardens and the vast Midlands Golf Course nearby.

Take this experiential journey through Tagaytay Highlands’ official YouTube channel at Glendale Model Unit Walk Through AVP – YouTube.

The Garden Villas are well-designed three-bedroom townhouse units with 136 to 168 square meters floor areas. Each cluster of villas is made up of only seven units for utmost privacy and security. Residents who need a guest room or space for a home office may utilize the multi-functional den on the ground floor. Here, they can ‘isolate’ themselves as they wait out the pandemic and still remain connected to the rest of the world.

A hectare dedicated to a lush, verdant setting is perched right at the heart of the community. The Central Garden provides space for convergence amidst tranquil hues. Blending beautifully with the natural landscape, it lets families indulge in a holistic lifestyle with nature’s beauty all around.

Horizon Terraces’ Garden Villas is situated near golf courses, cable cars, sports facilities, swimming pools, specialty restaurants, and the Country Club.

Well-heeled Filipinos need not look further for their alternative primary homes. Tagaytay Highlands’ wide-open, low-density spaces and fresh mountain air serve as long-term deterrents to viral transmission for optimum health and well-being. A quick driving distance away are essential services and support facilities of Tagaytay City—hospitals, schools, shopping areas, industrial and technological parks, churches, banks, and gasoline stations.

All facilities and personnel at the Highlands ensure strict adherence to sanitation procedures and safety protocols, including disinfection, hand sanitation, wearing of face mask and face shield, and social distancing.

Property Management has likewise been consistently efficient—from compliance with health and safety precautionary measures to delivering quick crisis response during adverse natural and high-risk events.

In recognition of Tagaytay Highlands’ steadfast commitment to provide safe and secure facilities for its members, residents, and their guests, it was recently awarded the Safety Seal of the City Government of Tagaytay.

Young families looking for a starter home away from the congested metro will be glad to note that The Garden Villas offers flexible payment terms.

Early this year, Tagaytay Highlands shifted from on-site to an online property turnover to accommodate the turnover activity virtually. The virtual turnover procedure is a contactless process in which Tagaytay Highlands officially hands over the property to the buyer in real-time via Google Meet or Zoom. Amid prevailing issues and restrictions on physical contact, Tagaytay Highlands initiated the virtual turnover to support its property owners toward their journey of building their dream home.
